Macquarie and Team Kids Partner for “Take Your Child to Work Day” Event in NYC

Last week, we held “Take Your Child to Work Day” in NYC in partnership with Macquarie Group, where children had the opportunity to work together to make a difference. 🚎💙

During the event, kids engaged in various activities, including brainstorming their dream to change the world, creating carnival games, and leading their own game stations to raise funds in support of animals. The day ended with a debrief and celebration of service, highlighting the importance of teamwork and working better together.

Thanks to Macquarie Foundation, a surprise match was generated at the end of the event, totaling $800! Funds raised will go to ASPCA, a Team Kids partner addressing animal cruelty.

Huge thanks to our volunteers, parents, and partners at Macquarie Group, along with retired NYPD detective Lorraine Marin, Team Kids Board Member Charles Glorioso from Macquarie, and Sue Sekar From Macquarie, for supporting our mission to empower youth to change the world. We also extend a special thanks to Team Kids Strategic Advisor, Daniel Horgan, who coordinated and led this amazing event!
