On behalf of Team Kids and our Public Safety Partners, we applaud the students and families of Stone Creek Elementary School for taking action on these important community issues in the 2011-12 school year.

Week 1: Prevention  $687.50
Outcome:  550 pounds Pennies for PALS program

Week 2: Hunger  $1,125.00
Outcome:  3 barrels for Families Forward

Week 3: Homelessness  $2,000.00
Outcome:  1 vanload toys and clothes for SWCC

Carnival  $904.51
100% of the proceeds from the carnival went to World Wildlife Fund

Stone Creek Elementary School students raised cash and donated goods with a value of over $4,717 to charity!

Even more importantly, students learned the power they have to make a difference for other children and people in need.
